It's 2am. You're somewhere between today and tomorrow, the city's gone quiet, and your stomach has just filed an urgent request that absolutely cannot wait until breakfast. Maybe you clocked off a late shift. Maybe you're driving home from a night out. Maybe you simply opened the fridge, found three condiments and one sad lemon, and made the only reasonable decision available to you: get in the car.

Al Ustad Special Kabab — old-school Iranian kebabs, walls papered in decades of photos, the kind of place that somehow tastes better the later it gets.

Allo Beirut (Hessa Street) — slow-grilled shawarma, late-night manoushe, fresh mezze, an open kitchen and Arabic music playing softly at 4am. A genuine anchor of the city after dark.
